OUR STORY
We are a food and beverage company, wholesale supplier and retail orders of bakery, cafe and pastry products. Our products range from wide varieties of pastry, croissants, pasta, lasagna, sandwiches, salads and various beverages (coffee and chocolate drinks).
We are proud to supply our products to some of the most well-established and famous bakeries and cafes in Jakarta
As the demand for online marketplace delivery has significantly arisen (and due to the recent pandemic), we have focused our sales mainly on Indonesia's leading marketplace platfoms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Jd.id and BliBli)
Since 2016
Our Misol Central Kitchen was established in year 2016 at Taman Tekno (Techno Park) Serpong, Tangerang, Indonesia. Our Team comprises of professional and capable pastry chefs and cook with up to 14 years of extensive experience in food and beverage industry.
Our journey begins with the management of several cafes in Jakarta regions. Throughout the years, we have grown consistently and soon it becomes our dream to set up our own central kitchen to further develop the quality of our pastry, food and beverages product on higher output.
We are very proud as our central kitchen now is running with a large and steadily increasing output capacity. In addition, we are now also developing our own MISOL restaurants and outlets all throughout Jakarta regions
Vision and Mission
Our aim is simple, we are focused and determined to produce the best pastry, bistro and beverages products for everyone to enjoy. We put our pride on each products we made, and nothing gives us more joy than to satisfy our customer's tastebuds.
Our other commitment is to supply our clients cafes and bistros with our products; to help them grow and develop as we are now; to achieve success together.
We believe that quality is the key, and quality comes from several detailed aspects. Therefore, we put a lot of care and attention towards our ingredients, freshness, baking processes, packaging and delivery.
